Fixing the forum icons.

Couldn't help but notice the better forum icons for New Posts and No New Posts.

But, I had to fix them up a bit. If you see this, you'll notice that there's white pixels within the corners all around it. I edit it out to be see-through now.

Hope this makes it look better without the white pixels on the greyish background.
